The short version: Den keeps your pet's records on your phone. We do not run an account system, and we do not collect or sell your pet's health information. This page explains the details.
Who we are
Den is a pet health records app provided by [Company Name] ("we," "us"). If you have any question about this policy, contact us at support@revisit.gallery.
What stays on your device
The records you enter into Den are stored locally on your device. This includes your pet's profile, vaccines, medications, vet visits, weight history, microchip and ID details, reminders, and any photos or documents you attach. We do not upload this information to a server, and we cannot see it.
What this means for you
- Your records are only as backed up as your device. If you use your device's own encrypted backup, your records are included in that backup under your control.
- If you delete the app, the records stored by the app are removed from your device.
- Sharing a record, such as an exported PDF, is something you choose to do. Den does not share it for you.
Subscriptions and payments
Den offers a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your card details. To manage subscriptions and to power features like restoring a purchase across your devices, we use RevenueCat, a subscription management service. RevenueCat receives a purchase identifier and subscription status so the app can confirm whether your subscription is active. It does not receive your pet's health records. Notifications
If you turn on reminders, Den schedules notifications on your device for things like an upcoming vaccine or a due dose. These reminders are generated on your device from the records you entered. They are not sent from a server.
Analytics
We use Apple's App Analytics, which gives us aggregate, non-identifying information about installs and general usage. We use subscription analytics from RevenueCat to understand trials and renewals in aggregate. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you.
Children
Den is intended for adults managing their pets' records and is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete any record at any time inside the app.
- You can turn notifications on or off in your device settings.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime through the App Store.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note the change in the app.
